Refund policy

At Fitness Freak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Certain items such as opened supplements, personal care items, and clearance products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
